For this one I followed a tutorial by elleandish on YouTube 
But there a several good tutorial for this method^^
Used Polishes:
Essie: Blanc, Sand Tropez, I'm addicted, Hide & go Chick
p2 Sandstyle 100 precious
Shells from Born Pretty Store
I simply made a gradient using a cosmetic sponge and then used the water spotted technique.
